I have been interviewed in Microsoft around 1.5 month back and got an email from Microsoft HR to share documents almost 1 month back. I have shared all the documents but no reply from HR after that.
I followed up with HR and she told me that she is awaiting for team allocation, after that she will start the offer process. But still I haven't heared anything from HR from last 15 days. Has anyone had the same experience?
Is it a normal process? Does anyone know how much time they generally take to discuss ?
