Unthinkable Solutions visited our college for a Junior Associate-IT position.

CTC: 5 or 6 LPA.
Service bond - 18 months, including an internship with a 2Lakhs bond amount.
Education : MCA
Work Experience - 3 interships.

Process:

Round 1. Online Test :
Three coding questions on the Hackererath platform.

Count the number of duplicate words in a given sentence.
Change array element to the sum of next and previous element.
Jumping from the cell.
There is a sectional cut-off for each section to clear the test.
Out of 444 students, 29 were selected for the next round, 143 were selected for the retest.

Round 2. 3 coding questions on the Hackererath platform.

a. Mega prime number b/w given range.
b. Find a minimum number of brackets reversals to make the expression balanced.
c. Minimum absolute difference pair in an array.
** Out of 143 students, 44 were selected for the next round.**

Round 3. Technical Round 1

1. Introduction
2. Showed my project application and database.
3. Asked my preferred programming language, counter ques diff b/w c++, java.
4. Functions inside iostream header.
5. Given an unsorted array, sort it using any sorting algorithm and find max element( used quick sort)
6. Program to reverse string, number.
7. SQL query to find top 10 records.
8. Difference between Primary, Foreign key.
9. DDL vs. DML
10. Any ques for me?.
    Google docs were used for coding.

Round 4. Technical Round 2

1. Introduction
2. Showed my project application and database.
3. B+ trees.
4. Difference between Primary, Foreign key.
5. Merge sort and code.

Round 5. HR
Quite unprofessional.

I got verbal confirmation about the offer.

Finally, 28 students were selected for Unthinkable Solutions. Only one was given 6LPA rest was 5LPA.
