Later realized that my code would\'ve failed a couple of test cases. Interviewer wasn\'t very friendly. He just wanted to go through both the questions quickly. It didn\'t seem like he wanted to see how I\'m coming up with the solution. \n\nAfter I talked about my approach I asked him if he\'d like me to start writing the code for this approach. I guess he misunderstood the question and said "of course you have to write code!". I wasn\'t asking if writing the code is required or not. \n\nLearning:\n* For FB interviews, just solve all facebook tagged questions a couple of times. \n* This may not be the case with all the interviewers but the person I dealt with, didn\'t care about anything but finishing 2 questions in 40 minutes and seeing working code on the screen.\n* Practice talking while solving the question (I couldn\'t concentrate on the problem because I was trying to communicate continuously). Do mock interviews even if you don\'t feel prepared.\n\nAll the best for your interview!
