Rejected reason - All the rounds was very good. But, the HLD round was not good. They was more focus on which tools we can use in it. I was more focussed on generatlization. I did not do the requirement collection correction. Except I had done all the rounds very well.
The company is not professional at all. They told after US round, you are selected. Asked for the compensation etc. Again came back tell, they want another round with VP. I gave the time and was waiting. They came back again telling they have 2 rounds. It will be elmination round. If only I clear the 1st round will go to second. That first round was HLD.

Rejection Reason: In the HM round. He asked about the module were I worked. When explaining he told would not understand give me Background about the project. When I started explaining about the project and module, he kept on stopping asking whether this is the module you worked many times. He was not at all have the patience in listening.

Hacker round I finished all 3 question in 1.5 hrs instead of 2 hr time slot. Hiring Manager round was good.
Afterwards all the 4 rounds was continous without feeback or stoppage if not ok. It is one the worst company I have interviewed till now. They are wasting time of all the people. I had gone all the rounds very good, more than any other company till now. I was able to get the solution without stoppages, write the code without any deletion fully free flowing code.
I asked the reason , they told I did not fit into the Twilio Magic values at some places and technical little bit. But, more due to the Twilio Magic values part. It is one of b** ls ** t reason I have heard. You are asking at Twilio values in every round. If they are soo much of values , shoud take the inteview of values if not ok should reject him rather than wasting time of the candiate. No one will be idealistic candidate in the world.
