Round 3 (15 mins) :- HR Round
This was the first Face-to-Face round with the HR of Deloitte USI. She was very welcoming and asked me to relax before the start of the interview. Later she asked me to introduce myself, followed by that there were some questions about why I want to join Deloitte, whether I was interviewing for another company, and other normal HR questions. This round was very easy and she asked me to move for the next technical round.
Round 4 (30 mins) :- Technical Round
This was a personal interview with one of the managers. He seemed quite chilled and asked me about my day followed by my introduction. I mentioned about participating in the Hult Prize finals at Tokyo which excited him and he asked more about it and if we were using any technology in our business idea. My resume mentioned Android Development so he asked me questions about manifest file and overriding OnBackPressed method. After that, he gave me a situation and I was asked to make a database schema for that followed by questions on normalization. He seemed satisfied by my answers and gave a green flag for the next technical round.
Round 5 (15 mins) :- Technical Round
This was again a personal interview, but this time it was with one of the senior managers. The interview started with the interviewer's introduction followed by my introductions. He asked me questions about my projects like what was the difficulty you faced in a particular project and how I solved it. He then asked me to write a SQL Query which involved Joins.
Overall DBMS is the most important topic for interviews at Deloitte.
Deloitte Selected 2 candidates for Summer Internship and I was one of those.
Well that was it. My first interview and luckily cracked it!!
Hope you like it although it was nothing special :P
