I got an onsite interview with amazon after completing the OA[s] a while back. After a few weeks, the recruiter reached out saying they wanted to setup a phone interview. After asking her to clarify - she mentioned that the process has been changed.
Phone interview followed by 2 onsite interviews.

I had my phone interview on chime more than 2 business days ago but have not heard back from the recruiters. Status on the portal still is under consideration.

Can someone let me know if they experienced this?
