18 month full time rotational program (3 rotations)

BS CS May 2021

Technical Assessment (90 mins):
I gave the frontend assessment. The options were:

  • Frontend
  • Backend
  • Fullstack
  • Data Science
  • UX Design

The assessment had 4 questions, and was mostly CSS based. There was no time limit, but 90 minutes was recommended. I exceeded that time by 10 minutes.

Onsite (3 rounds)

Behavioural Interview (30 mins):
Free-flowing discussion with an engineer who had been through the same program.
Questions included:

  • Why SAP?
  • Why SVNT?
  • Pitch us a project you've done like you're trying to sell it
  • What is your proudest non-technical achievement?

Expert Technical Interview (1 hour)
I was selected for this round, but did not schedule it since I accepted another offer. They had also let me know that the final round would be a Selection Commitee Interview, if I passed this round.

Result:
Stopped process because I accepted another offer
