Round 1-
Implement a rate limiter based on userId

Discussed moving window vs. fixed window solution. Pros/cons, complexity etc. and then asked me to implement one. I implemented the moving window one. Did a lot of talking. There were only 30min left for the impl and testing. I cut it very close with implementation barely finishing at the last minute. Was just able to test 1 test case.

Round 2-
Similar to LC 1366 (https://leetcode.com/problems/rank-teams-by-votes/) only difference was instead of single character names, I was given a String making the input List<List> votes

Implemented and tested it.
Then there was a slight modification that what if we give a weightage to all positions, say, each potion has {3,2,1} weight, what will change in implementation

Round 3 - Design
Design a Tag system which should integrate with other Atlassian products
Example - You added a tag to Jira, same tag should be available to be added to conflence page. When searching through tags, all pages (jira/confluence) should show up in result for that corresponding tag.

Got rejected in the design round.
