1st round (OA - hackerearth - 75 mins):

• Easy MCQs 15
• 2 programming questions LC easy

Later that night received a mail for 2nd Technical round via MS Teams.

2nd Technical phone screen (1 - 1.5 hour):

• Intro
• Hackerearth link shared and coding round
  Questions were very easy mostly to understand OOPS, coding ability

Cleared this round. Received confirmation within one day from attempting the test. Interviewers in this round were very good, one of the best interview experiences. The interviewers were not based out of India.

Cultural Fit Round( 1 hour) :
Should have been normal behavioral questions and we almost began with that. Soon the Hiring Managers were more inclined on forcing their bias on me. The worst interview experience so far. I was told things like Ï know your company pays less, you are here for money. If I would be given half the pay here, I would not have been here" and things like "We are not trying to humiliate you. We are doing this for your own good".

Note : Both the interviewers were based out of India.

Verdict:
Haven't heard from them. Anyway wouldn't go ahead with the offer.
