Position: Senior software Engineer (US Retail Tech Company)
Location: Bangalore

Facebook recruiter had reached out to me in March regarding opening for E5 position. Currently working as SSE in Bangalore, First there was call with recruiter about my experience and work, It was more like he want to know whether I have any experience in leading a team or not.
After that I asked him to schedule a screening interview in April
Can’t tell exact question due to NDA. But all coding question were LC FB tagged.
Technical phone screen (45 min):
Question were LC easy(array) and one hard(topological sort).
Onsite or virtual screening :
Round Behaviour : Discussion about my work and typical behaviour scenario and learning from past events.
Product Design : Design system Online Code Judge Platform.
Coding 1 : 1 LC medium and 1 LC hard. solved both optimally , question were from FB tagged LC section.
Coding 2 : 1 LC medium about merge arrays and another one was similar to shorted path in graph.
Finally after 20 days get interview feedback not selected, did not know specific feedback for each round as recruiter is mentioning some legal limitation, any way he will provide overview over call.
Learning : a. Try to solve at least 80 % FB Tag questions.
b. Speed matters, so practice again and again.
c. For SD go through online video and GSI site.
d. Do mock of behaviour interview also.
e. FB career page also has some use full tips for preparation strategy i.e. like mock interview for SD and Product Design video.
f. Process is long so don’t lose focus.
