I (yoe 10+ years HW/SW exp) got phone screen in April by FB for a hardware position. I made it to the next round. My virtual onsite interview got schedule for first week of June. \nIt was 6 round interview\nRound 1: behavioral\nRound 2: Technical/ HW\nRound 3: Leadership\nRound 4: Technical/ HW\nRound 5: HW/SW coding\nRound 6 : Behavioral.\n\nI think I did well in all the round. I sent thank you note to every engineer that interviewed me and the recuiter after the interview. \nI did a follow up with recuiter on 2nd week of June and again today. *crickets*. \nI check my profile on FB recuriting.com, still shows track my status as Follow up. While the past application tab shows rejected.\n\nI am not sure what should I do. \n\nShould I reach to one of the engineer on linkedin to check with? This guy was a former employee at my current employer and we kinda shared good vibes during the interview.\n\nAll I need is a closure.\n\n*EDIT: I got closure. Rejected.
