Education : B Tech from Tier 3 College
Experience : 11 Years

There were 6 rounds including HR discussion , 4 of which happend on same day . All of the rounds were Zoom Video calls.

Round 1 (1 hour):

• Mostly questions were from Java and Spring internals and 1 LC Medium on Stack. I don’t remember all of the questions but few of them were as
• When to use Constructor and setter injection
• How does memory management in Java works

Round 2 (1 hour):

• Given a very large csv file with millions account no and transaction details ,(Buy /Sell) generate coupons based on following conditions
  • Any transaction worth 10000 USD generate a coupon
  • Any two transaction if combined crossed 10000 USD , generate a coupon
  • Goal is to generate maximum coupons . The file size is more than the RAM of the system.

Once I gave an approach he wanted to optimize more on faster executions using threads and parallel processing . Guy was tough to convience but was friendly to validate approach and provide inputs to improve on solution.

Round 3 (1 hour):

• Question on architecture of current project
• Implementation of Kafka (Mostly as it was in CV)
• Design LRU cache

Round 4 (1 hour):

• Managerial round, Asked about current project in CV
• Behavioural Questions as when you had differences within the team , what was your approach.

Round 5 (1 hour)

• Director round, mostly on how the career has progressed so far,why they are hiring , discussed on interests in CV and why I need change

Round 6 (30 Minutes)

• HR round , Salary negotiations and Behavioural Questions
