Onsite (5 rounds):
2 language specific coding questions - test your knowledge of a particular language you claim to know very well about
3 general coding/algorithm questions - general knowledge on different types of algorithms, see how you solve a problem, analyze a problem, etc.

Culture: friendly, smart people. A particular 1/2 who are unhappy, and some overly confident.
Office: pretty roomy, nice layout
Lunch: small cafeteria in every building, food is free
Note: Google can be notoriously slow because they are so huge
