1. Coding - 1 LC medium (arrays)
2. Design - 1 LLD (Class diagrams, schema, flow)
3. Manager - 1 HLD (component diagram, flow, failovers)
4. Bar Raiser - 1 LC medium (DP). Many followup questions. Be ready to think about familiar problems in dimensions you haven't thought of before.

Half of the time in each interview was spent on Leadership principles. Be ready with STAR style answers to each.
Give example and answer the follow-up questions on each point you make.
IMO the LP grilling was tougher than the tehcnical discussions :-P
