3 coding rounds, all medium/easy questions, systems design question was one of the simple ones too and nothing special during behavioral either.

The expectation is to give complete solution to two coding questions in 40 minutes, to do dry runs, to make sure the code covers corner cases correctly, there is not much time to think. Unless it is a leetcode question that I solved in the last 1-2 months, 20 minutes per question is not achievable for me.

Throughout the interview, there is no effort to trying to getting to know you, not at all during the technical rounds, and even the behavioral interview is canned and consists of a pre-determined sequence of questions. Your resume may be full of lies, or even a blank document, it wouldn't matter. If this interview model is working for facebook, that's great for them. Being thrown one curve ball after anotherone constantly is draining for the person going through the interview.
