TL;DR:

2. improving and finding the blockages in cart/checkout process.

I had an interview with Zalora for Tech Lead - Mobile Backend position in Singapore.
HR Contacted via Stackoverflow Jobs.

I did below rounds in span of two weeks. HR tries to sequeeze interview timelines to as short as possible.
I am not sure, whether they were in a hurry to fill this position or something related to managing.
Interviews were scheduled back-to-back.

1. HR Round
2. Technical-I round
3. Cultural Fit
4. System Design
5. Technical-II round

HR

Had a normal discussion about the company, job role and salary.
The position needs extensively needs Golang,
dont fall for the HR trying to pursuade to apply for the Job.
Looks like HR department over in Malaysia. All recruitment starts from there.

Technical-I

Nice guy from Singapore, forgot his role.
All core development team in Singapore and offshore development in India.
Asks to create a TCP client. (He was extensively expecting to make a client in Golang)

Cultural Fit

Head of Security from India.
Had a long and complex/tough (sometimes) series of questions.
She was pretty much looking into behaviour and role related qualities.

System Design

Same guy from Technical-I round, improving and finding the blockages in cart/checkout process.

Technical-II (Data Structures and Algorithms)

Some guy from Vietnam.
Leetcode question 767. Reorganize String.
Was expecting to code in Golang.

All the rounds were satisfactory.
After finishing all 5 rounds, I messaged HR for updates.
Usually, a normal company HR would atleast reply with nice rejection message.
But I havent got any updates. Disappointment and upset over HR.
