Bad Process!!

Got shortlist mail from one of the HR regarding the written test.
Didn't get any JD, initial screening call even didn't knew what can come in the test (aptitude or technical)

After taking the test, there were 20 MCQs on SPARK, HADOOP, MPP
with 5 coding question which was stricted with JAVA only. (weird - no option for langauge change)
which then communicated to HR.
