7 Onsites Still no offer..

Just want to rant a little bit, I've had numerous onsites at large companies (Amazon, Palantir) as well many well known startups/unicorn companies, but I am yet to still receive an offer. Most recently one company split their onsite over the course of 2 days, and after the first two rounds on Day 1, the recruiter calls me within an hour telling me that I'm not moving on (without completing the other two rounds scheduled for the next day), as I didn't get far enough on one techincal coding question. These 1hr coding rounds are getting more absurd by the minute, as for this question I was given a slideshow on the data structure, and then asked to share my screen, and using my own IDE implement the data structure with 2 methods without any starter code. This comes to about 100 lines of code to write from scratch in an interview setting.. how people get to that point? I feel like I've been practicing questions for months and still have so much anxiety before every interview, and my career as a whole as I am not where I want to be right now. Just very discouraged after that experience, but nothing else I can do besides keep my head up and continue grinding I guess.

EDIT: Thanks everyone for the encouraging messages! Was not expecting so many kind and supporting words from you all. It looks like the bar is constantly rising in these technical interviews, so we all have to prepare accordingly... Good luck to everyone, and remember you are never alone!
