Hello,

I am having a serious question: all this technical interview questions are fine and I enjoy them. But don't you think that there is something much more important missing? Like being the right person for the job which is mainly about psychology, sociology. I mean if the culture of the work place does not match your or if they have the wrong values, would that make you happy? I am having trouble how to ascertain this. I would be glad if you could share your opions about this.
