It was more of a general discussion based interview.

3. How do you identify a good programmer? Characteristics of a good programmer.

HM was not at all serious for interview. He kept mocking on every current project and the ideas behind it. Only after explaining the scale with which all these projects are successfull and currently solving multitude of issues of customers in market his condescending smile and tone was diminished.

After a few days of continuous follow ups it was said to me that I am being rejected as HM thinks most of my experience was on client side rather than backend and I might not be able to perform.
