This is an Interview experinces for those who wanna know if they really wanna work with them.

I was reached out by HM directly because I am over 10 years of R&D stuffs under my belt. He was very very helpful during the initial talks and preparations,more like a friend than a HM. He told me if I score 5 / 10 in each rounds then I am literally IN.. So what happened how did I failed ? Here is why !!

LC Hard, Straight outta no where. Didnt finish whole but was able to get the question

After this, I scavanged around and found Amazon PIP culture.. I was very demotivated because this was a sure shot kinda stuffs however my current job is so awesome and safe and great team with excellent work. I dont wanna jump off to PIP no matter the offer size. So after this my motivation isnt good. So I didnt do much prep.

Round 1: Very easy Binary Tree question. I answered it
Round 2: This is where I sucked, Design question, Generally design questions are open ended but this one is not only new to me but also kinda interviewer was more in control then me because he was pushing here and there. and this is a reason I am out.
Round 3: Relatively easy question designig log analyzer in highly distributed system. It was a kinda library creation which was half done.
Round 4: LC Medium on graph search. I couldnt finish but have done half.

After a week, I received a negative response and I was soo overwhelhmed by it.

After this I have been continiously bombarded by Amazon recreuiters to apply for other roles and so.. but will never do it..

Stay Away from Amazon atleast at this time. Not worth
