Round 1 - Technical - Programming

• Introduction and project related discussions.
• Given two linked lists where one of them meets the other at one point. Find the merging point.

Round 2 - Technical - Java, Big Data

• Java based questions - Abstract vs Interface, String vs StringBuffer, Multithreading, JVM heap memory
• SQL Queries (Joins, Group by, Window functions based) .
• MR vs Spark
• Partitioning vs Bucketing with use case

Round 3 - System Design

• Design Arokya Setu app with Contact tracing feature and batch analytics

Round 4 - Hiring Manager

• Big Data concepts and troubleshooting
• Java Memory management and garbage collection
• One programming question and complexity analysis
• Behavioral questions

The entire process took a week and received the offer in two days. I declined it inspite of higher compensation as I had another offer with better role.
