First round
10 mts of behavioural questions. 10 mts of previous tech stack related questions. Tree based question. Never saw this earlier. LC hard level. Solved it in 30 minutes. Later I figured out it was a variation of existing question in LC itself. One of the least freequently asked questions.

Second round
High level design. Explained a bottom up solution. Lot of questions on trade offs. Like lots.

Third round
15 mts of behavioural questions. Then I was asked a graph question which I hadnt seen in LC. Would probably tag that to LC Medium level. Solved it in 30 minutes.

Fourth Round
Deep dive resume scan. High level system design. Behavioural questions.
Verdict: Offer

I was under the impression that Microsoft wouldnt deviate from Standard set of questions. I was caught by surprise.
When I started my preperation(set a target of 250 medium questions) I wanted to finish FAQ's and get started with interviews right away.
I struggled a bit earlier and realised I wasnt going anywhere. Took a back step, focused on finding patterns and slowly I picked up pace. Solved 100 odd questions without a timer as my state of mind was to solve-solve the problem and not solve-for-the-sake-of-interviewe solve.
After I hit 100, I used timer and comfortably solved medium questions in 30-45 minutes. I knew I was ready.
Bottomline: Trust the process.
LC, I had solved 40 easy, 110 Medium, 10 Hard. (~160)
