I interviewed for the position of a Senior Frontend Developer at Arctic Wolf and below is my experience and I hope it helps people in preparing for similar interviews.

1. HR round to understand my past experience and interests.
2. HR round was followed by 2 technical rounds. First technical round was for an hour and was related to problem solving. It consisted of simple leet code problems (related to strings and arrays). Second techinical round was 3 hours long and was focused on react and javascript. Here the intent is to understand how well you know the basic concepts and fundamentals. Brush up on react basics if necessary. In addition to this, there were questions related to test cases, TDD, redux and a few architecture related. I spent a lot of time asking questions about the product, tech stack, role, and the team.
3. Post technical round, there were 2 managerial rounds, which mainly focused on behavioral aspects (follow the STAR method to address behavioural questions and be prepared with 1-2 examples) and understanding my past experience.
