I am doing leetcode for 8 months now. I have learned so many things from leetcode community. This community has helped me a lot in preparation, now its time to give back.

I gave my first interview with facebook. Feedback was mostly postive except time taken in coding. There were 2 coding round of 45 minutes each. In first round I was able to code first problem and coded 75% of second problem. In second round of coding interview, again I was able to code 60-70% of second problem. In desing and behavioural round I did very well. Recuirter told me to improve my coding speed, and re apply next year.

Suggestion: You should have excellent coding speed if you want to crack facebook interview. Questions were not so hard but there was focus on speed.

In google interviews question were much tougher than facebook. Google focus on your thought process and problem solving skill. There were 3 coding rounds of 45 minutes each. In each round I had to solve and code one problem. I was able to solve and code in 2 rounds. In one round I was able to solve problem and coded 75% of purposed solution. My design and behavioural round went every well here, so recuriter went ahead with L5 position.

Suggestion: Expect at least leetcode hard level problem in google interview. None of the question were straight forward. You need to work on problem then it will translate into a coding problem.
