I would like to get some perspective on this:

1.) I currently work at a start up for almost 3.5 years.
2.) There is not much growth here and I am seriously underpaid.

I got an offer as SDE1 at Discovery Inc. to work on their new streaming platform.

Compensation:
Base: 155k
Bonus: 12%
Signing Bonus: 5k
No stocks.

I think with 3.5 years of experience I should get a SDE2 position.
Should I wait for another opportunity or is it right to accept SDE1?
