Currently SSE at mid-tier company.

I have been approached by the recruiter. Discussed the JD, and interview process which consists of 5 rounds ( 3 technical, 1 behavioural, 1 social change).
They take social change interview as importantly as technical interviews.

Round 1( Pair Programming):
I have been assigned to work on a requirement with a ThoughtWorker. I was given the Kanban board and the tasks listed out. I can either pick tasks from To-do or In-progress, and resonate why i picked it. And then, discuss the approach, start to code the solution, get it working on the spot.
I have got pretty simple API development tasks.
They cared deeply about SOLID, clean code practices here. I did good, cleared.

Round 2 (Problem solving and System Design)
Asked to explain the approach to design LookUp service at scale.
Design Instagram.
Touch up on core concepts, and basics, about previous experiences.
I did very well, interviewer was impressed, cleared.

Round 3 (Pick any topic of our choice, and dig deeper)
Here i can pick an area of my strength, and the interviewer will dig as deeper as possible to test my knowledge.
I did not pick anythign particularly, i went with open areas, and questions, which worked pretty well in my favour.
Asked about cloud architecture, multithreading, multiprocessing.
System design for WhatsApp.
Kubernetes, Dockerisation.
Design DB schemas for Mutual Connections in LinkedIn.
Query to get mutual friends.
I did okay, still cleared.

Round 4 (Behavioural)
Typical Leadsership principle questions. Cleared.

Round 5(Social Change)
Asked my views, actions taken about a given social problem.
Discussed a lot, exchanged thoughts. Enjoyed this very much.

Couple of days later, HR shared the feedback, it was positive. Released the Offer.
