Phonescreen: I did the phonescreen just before Christimas. The question was a variation of this leetcode hard one: https://leetcode.com/problems/merge-k-sorted-lists/, it was just one question, not 2 (the interviewer didn't say if he intended to do 2), but I received the news that I advanced to the next step on the second week of January.

Onsite:

• Code Interview 1 (45 min): The first Question was this easy one: https://leetcode.com/problems/maximum-nesting-depth-of-the-parentheses/, the second one was this medium one: https://leetcode.com/problems/merge-intervals/. Answered the easy one completly. Started to code the second one but could not finish on time.
• Code Interview 2 (45 min): As in the phonescreen, there was only one hard question (the interviewer explicity said that there wouldn't be a second one), which was this one: https://leetcode.com/problems/minimum-window-substring/, I could find the optimal solution and coded it on time, but there was still edge cases that I could not address on time;
• System/Business design (45 min): it was to design an integration between Facebook ads system and a shop system, so they could mesure the conversion rate of an ad, I believe I nailed this interview because the interviewer seemed to be satisfied;
• Collaboration Interview (30 min): Asked what I would improve on Whatsapp. Also asked if I had examples of working with people from different cultures and backgrounds (technical/non-technical). Asked about times in my work that I received requests from external clients. I think I went well in this one;
• Hiring Manager Interview (45 min): Asked me to talk about a digital product that I liked and why it was a success; what metrics I would use to mesure the success of an App and more things like that (I recommend reading the book "Lean Startup" for this interview). Also asked things related to work, such as a bad design decision that I made in the past. I think I went well too;

Results: The recruiter told me I wasn't good enought during the code part. And that I could redo only the code interview in 5 weeks or so, they will reuse my design and business interviews.

(I'm currently a software engineer at a big company, with 3+ YoE. I want to move to a more client facing role, so that is the reason I'm going for Solutions Engineer).
