Got a reject from Amazon Vancouver after onsite. The recruiter said the cooling off period is 12 months. I asked for the feedback, he said the interviewing team did not provide any feedback to him. SDE2.
Is this expected ? I've heard that cooling off is usually less than that and at least some feedback is provided.
