Hey guys, I've been on and off leetcode for a while and generally do easy (i know this isnt good).

I've been trying to do some mediums but i cant get to the solution at all, I've done like < 5 mediums and got 0 of the solutions myself. I try for a couple hours over 2 days and then finally give up and look at the solution, it takes me a while to read through it and maybe even look up a youtube video but eventually I understand it and think to myself "what a clever solution, why cant i think of that"

I just can't seem to solve it on my own and i know constantly looking at solutions isnt good but me trying for days on end isnt the solution either, should i feel bad about looking at the solutions? How can i get better at mediums, any advice appreciated
