Guys Please someone can help me in selecting one organization. I have offer from Paypal se2 and Other Product company in my home town.

Paypal is giving 10% less than other company but compensating in terms of RSU. But the location is Bangalore and chennai, which will cost 30k/month more(so I need to spend extra 20% of Paypals salary here)

So All in all Paypal is giving 10% less with location Bangalore/Chennai.

I have exp of around 3-3.5 years of exp.

Will I regret anything if I reject Paypal,India ? I am rejecting only on basis of package and location. Another company dont have brand value but a paymaster in hometown and in top 20 places to work in India.

Please can Someone Suggest me ?
