Hi Guys, I am facing a issue while solving leetcode problems.

I have been practising leetcode for few weeks, but everytime I come around with some earlier problems I can't come up with the solution. Whenever I learn the problem for first time it seems like I understood and I can solve it next time, but after 2-3 days only , I can't come up with solution , even if I come up with how to solve it, I am not able to implement/code, my mind goes totally blank. Then I have to look for the solution, and I am feeling totally depressing. May be when I learnt the solution, I memorized it instead of understanding it and didn't understood at all, and memory is not helping at all. While implementing I can't even move my hand to code the first line also. And I am self-afraid of coding wrong & self-esteem is also getting low day by day, so instead of coding I let it go / give up ( due to the fear of not able to solve the problem) .

Any solution on this? I would really appreciate it. Thanks
