Does anyone know of some questions that can be represented visually so that non-coders could understand what is going on?

For example a pathfinding algorithm is pretty good for this, along with sorting algorithms.

I'm looking for something more unique and specific, and one that can ideally be represented by a graphics program pretty easily.
