How long does it take for ByteDance to reach out to candidate after submitted application via referral (U.S based)? Is it normal that after 2 weeks, my status on their website still shows "Resume screening"? I am graduating M.S from top 10 program with an internship from FAANG and have been received a lot of OAs/phone calls within 1 week, but still radio silence from ByteDance. If they reject candidates can they at least update our status on their website?
