I did horrible in OA1 and OA2 (didn't finish). After each OA they still sent me a link for the following OA. Strangely, no deadline is indicated in the email.

Are they using me as a datapoint to see how well I perform in all 3 OAs, but won't actually consider me for an onsite interview?
