I have few questions in my mind regarding leetCode workflow:

As I'm noob and I find it very interesting and important platform for coding skills and I just love it when if I find it and this is truly blessing for me as I was in search of this type of platforms.

Well, I want you guyz who is already familiar with this enviroment kindly answer me on these questions:

1. We can practice here or every submission counts towards points and if we made a wrong submission then it will affect our profile?
2. Recuiter approach us by seeing our profile or it is not like that?
3. This platform is just for preparation for faang companies or we can use it for own growth?
4. In last, Can you give an overview of this platform and what you will suggest me to do first as a beginner?
