Hi guys, I recently learned that I passed Unity interview and they require a reference check before extending an offer. The unusual thing for me is I haven't heard any numbers from them. I already shared reference check details but trying to understand if they are stalling the offer process given it takes time to do a reference check. My question is does anyone know if this is a general practive at Unity? Do they do a reference check before extenting an offer?
