Has anyone recieved a rejection automated email immediately after completing OA3?

I score 7/7 in debugging, I passed all the test cases in the first problem OA2, In the second problem I was able to pass only the first test. I got Nearest City problem, the out expected was [C3,C2,'NONE'] I got the same output - [C3,C2,None] But i used the keyword None instead of the string. When i tried changing the keyword None to string 'NONE' i was getting a runtume error. But the same code was running fine in the other IDE that i tried after my test.

I completed OA3 last night, it has not even been 12 hours and I get a automated rejection mail from Amazon.

Does amazon review our code before sending out a rejection email?

Has anyone faced this? Please could you suggest me what is a better way to reach out to them?
