I connected with Engineering Manager from Oracle Cloud. It seems like they are hiring crazily. He gave me information about his team and asked for availablity for phone interview in next 2 weeks and to email him resume. This conversation took place last week and seemed very positive. I mailed him resume immediately but I am still waiting on his end for response. Did any one face similar situation? Are the managers at Oracle really busy? I am not sure if EM has put me in the system. I have couple of interview calls lined up and I dont know how to fit this in. I am already working with 4 plus years of experience. This position at Oracle is really good. Should I connect with other EMs at Oracle?
