Will Google blacklist, if we fail at phone-screen itself ?

What if we perform badly at phone-screen itself ? Will Google blacklist the candidature ?
Assuming that the candidate shows good attitude and not some bad behavior.

Scenario 1: You perform poorly in phone-screen itself . what is the probability of blacklisting ?
Scenario 2: You clear phone screen, go to onsite interviews, but perform so poorly in the 1st onsite round. what is the probably of blacklisting ? I am assuming, if you have cleared phone-screen, then blacklisting will not be there, because you have atleast solved phone-screen.

Asking, because, the level of preparation is inadequate, in front of the mammoth. (am so worried, affecting the preparation itself...)
