I have recently started connecting with Engineering Managers on LinkedIn asking for New Graduate roles. Although, some have responded quite happily and have told that they liked the resume, or they are going to have some openings, etc. While others have not even replied.

I was wondering if it is ok to do such a thing? Are there people who have got job like that?
