Hey everyone

I completed my GS hackerrank about a month ago and I got an email from a recruiter asking if I was interested in another Location (TX) since NY was full. I said yes and it's been about 2 weeks, I haven't heard back. But on my application portal, it says "interview completed - Thanks for interviewing with us, we are still processing your application"
Should I follow up again or wait? What am I missing here?
