Using Built-In Data Structures, and Functions / Libraries During Interviews?

For those who've gone through many code interviews do you find companies often restricting the uses of built-in functions or data structures during the interviews?
e.g.

  • HashMaps/LinkedHashMaps
  • Sets
  • Dynamic Arrays
  • .sort() / built-in sorting functions
  • Stacks
  • Queues
  • Pirority Queues
  • etc...

Whats been ya'lls experience with this so far?
