Hello. I'm coming more from business intelligence/tech product management (mostly a lot of SQL, Tableau and doing team meetings) background and probably will continue to stay in this path, but I realize importance of technical understanding in terms of coding and structuring thoughts, system designs, etc that I wanted to be consistent with LC.

Embarrassed to say but I recently renewed LC for the second time annually and last year, I barely used it albeit premium user due to laziness but also uncertain where to really touch.
-Explore seems to have a lot of concepts that teach you with a bunch of reading, and then there's Problems that's the beauty of LC I believe. didn't really bother with mock and contest and they seem pretty hardcore SDE questions and I'm nowhere there. Should I look at 'Explore' and has it been useful?

Any advice on how to best utilize LC as a analyst/tech PM appreciated. I was thinking of solving a question or two a day in Python and SQL.
