Aug: 30th:
Phone Screen with a recruiter

Sep 1st:
Final Interview with the hiring manager

Sep 9th:
Emailed recruiter about my status. Recruiter: "Manager told me you had a great interview. We are finishing up our interviews today and will have answers hopefully tomorrow.

Now it's Sep 14th and I haven't heard back from the recruiter. Should I email the recruiter again? I don't want to annoy them or seem desperate but I just want to know if I'm selected or not (so I can move on in my job search).
