Hello to the leetcode community. Currently, I am working in a Tier-1 product based company( non-faang) with 6 yoe and total compensation of 48 lac( including base, bonus and stocks). In the last few months, due to WFH, I was able to utilise the extra free time to practice on leetcode and work on interview prepartion and now I feel I am ready to go into the interview process. Keeping the current situation in mind, I would prefer to join one of Amazon/Google/ microsoft due to stability. But I am confused whether this is the right time to join a new company or should I wait for 1 more year and then try to switch when economic condition improves ? Please give your suggestions and if you can, give a rough estimate of how much of a hike these companies could offer me right now . Any help will be appreciated.
