So I am trying to find some pattern among the rejects and the accepts.

It would really help the future candidates to figure out what to expect and might help others to realize some common grounds.

Those who were rejected/accepted, Could you all please share answers to the following questions in the comments?

1. How were your OAs?
2. Years of work experience (full-time only)?
3. Program/University (only if you are comfortable sharing)?
4. Date on which you completed all 3 OAs.
