Why is this the norm?

I'm am frustrated because I can't pass coding interviews. I don't see the point of it. Just because I can't do a question doesn't mean I can't do a good job.

Why have we allowed stuff like this to become the standard? I haven't learned anything from doing leetcode questions. I don't see the point. I would learn a lot more by studying or learning something new rather than doing random brain teaser questions which probably require me to know every single data structure and algroithm I did in college.

I'm probably too stupid to understand. Seems like everyone else is perfectly fine with it.
