I am currently working in a Tier-1 product based company for 4 years straight out of college and current compensation is : 32 lac(base) + Bonus( upto 10-15% of base). How do you think I should negotiate compensation with my recruiter at amazon for SDE-2 position ? How much is Amazon likely to offer based on my experience level and current salary ? Do you think I should try targeting some other product based companies ?
