Hi,\n\nI interviewed 2 months ago at Google for a SWE position in Europe.  The recruiter told me that the feedback was positive, but that she wanted to find a team for me before going further with the hiring comittee. She hasn\'t found a team that fits my profile yet. She said that because of the covid situation, things where slower than usual.\n\nMy guess is that my interview scores were ok but not great, and that there are fewer positions for experienced candidates than entry-level ones. Also, I have a slightly unusual profile which may make team matching slower. Plus of course the covid situation...\n\nHas anybody had similar experience? the recruiter said that my interviews were valid for one year. I\'m not in a hurry, but I wonder what my chances are to get an offer at that stage.\n\nThanks :)\n\n
